Shipping Terms for End Customers

The delivery of ordered goods will take place after full payment within the following timeframes:

  • Within Germany: approx. 2–4 business days.
  • Within the EU: approx. 2–6 business days.
  • To other countries: approx. 5–14 business days.

If unforeseeable circumstances occur—such as an unexpectedly large order or delivery shortages from the supplier—that make delivery within the stated timeframes impossible, we will inform you immediately.

Shipping within Germany:
For orders over €30, we offer free shipping. For orders under €30, shipping costs of €3.95 apply.

Shipping within the EU:
For orders over €30, the shipping fee is waived, and only a country surcharge of €3.50 will be charged. For orders under €30, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Shipping outside the EU:
For orders over €30, shipping is free, with a country surcharge of €3.50. For orders under €30, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Additional Notes:
Please note that import duties or similar fees must be paid by the recipient.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear the return shipping costs for goods that can be sent by parcel.


Payment Terms for End Customers

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the prices shown are total prices, including the statutory VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be specified separately in the product description.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise, which the seller is not responsible for and must be borne by the customer. These may include costs for money transfers by financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, currency conversion fees) or customs duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). Such costs may also apply if the delivery is not to a country outside the European Union but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.

The payment method(s) will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop.

If advance payment by bank transfer is agreed, payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.

If a payment method offered via the "PayPal" payment service is selected, payment processing will be carried out through PayPal, which may also involve third-party payment service providers. If the seller offers payment methods via PayPal where the seller advances payment to the customer (e.g., invoice purchase or installment payment), the seller will assign the payment claim to PayPal or to the payment service provider designated by PayPal. Before accepting the assignment declaration from the seller, PayPal or the designated payment service provider will perform a credit check using the customer's provided data. The seller reserves the right to refuse the selected payment method in the event of a negative credit check result. If the selected payment method is approved, the customer must pay the invoice amount within the agreed payment period or intervals. In this case, the customer can only make payments to PayPal or the payment service provider commissioned by PayPal with discharge of the obligation. However, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, e.g., regarding the goods, delivery time, shipping, returns, complaints, withdrawal declarations, returns, or credits.

If a payment method offered via the "Shopify Payments" payment service is selected, the payment processing will be carried out by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter "Stripe"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify Payments will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop. Stripe may use additional payment services for payment processing, which may have special payment conditions, for which the customer will be informed separately if applicable. Shipping Terms for the Business Area

The prices listed on the website are final prices in EUR and include the statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are additional.

Shipping costs depend on the quantity, weight of goods, and packaging units of your order. After receiving your order, we will contact you and discuss the shipping costs separately.
